At Bordo Flowers, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal blooms and made to order with great care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our policy below.
All Sales Are Final
Because our arrangements are made with fresh flowers, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
Quality Concerns
Your experience matters deeply to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order due to quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request, we kindly ask you to provide:
- Clear photos of the arrangement
- A brief description of the concern
After review, we may offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement arrangement, or
- A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Recipient not available at the time of delivery
- Issues reported later than 24 hours after delivery
- Natural variations in flower types, colors, or design (as seasonal availability may vary)
Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
A 5% processing fee may apply to cover transaction costs.
