We always strive to recreate each arrangement as close to the photo as possible. However, due to seasonal availability and supply from our wholesalers, some flowers may be substituted.

We carefully preserve the overall look—color palette, style, size, and fullness—so your arrangement feels the same as shown. In most cases, about 95% of the flowers remain the same.

To ensure you’re happy with your order, our manager will stay in touch and send you a photo of your arrangement for approval before delivery.

We deliver in downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs within a 40-mile radius. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on distance.

At this time, we only operate from our Chicago location and do not offer delivery to other states.

The earlier you place your order, the better—this allows us to prepare and source the exact flowers you prefer.

We also offer same-day delivery, with orders available for delivery within as little as two hours. We always do our best to accommodate your timing and make the process as convenient as possible.

Each order includes a complimentary greeting card and care instructions.

• Box arrangements come ready to enjoy, with flowers arranged in floral foam.
  
• Bouquets include flower food and are delivered in an aqua box for freshness. Carry bags are not provided by default, but may be included for certain designs based on size or style.
  
• Roses include flower food and care instructions. Due to their long Ecuadorian stems, they are wrapped without an aqua box.
  

In some cases—such as larger arrangements or garden rose designs—an aqua box and carry bag may be included.

We offer both. Our website features our signature designs, but we’re happy to create custom arrangements based on your preferences.

You’re welcome to share reference photos—we don’t guarantee an exact copy, but we will design something beautiful inspired by your vision and in our style.

To request a custom design, please send your reference photos to our retail manager, and we’ll get back to you with a quote and assist you with placing the order via text.

We offer three subscription packages in different sizes, available for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery.

Our flower subscription is perfect for decorating your home, office, or any space you want to elevate with fresh flowers. It can also be a thoughtful way to stay connected with someone special—each delivery may include a personal message on a greeting card.

Each arrangement is florist’s choice, designed with the freshest seasonal flowers available. Every delivery is unique, so you’ll always receive something new and unexpected. Yes, we provide floral services for weddings and events.

Our services include bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, arches, full ceremony setups, as well as on-site setup and late-night breakdown. We also offer candle rentals.

Wedding and event services start from a $3,000 minimum. Pricing is customized based on your specific needs and vision.

If your order has not yet been prepared, we’re happy to offer a full refund, cancellation, or reschedule for another date.

Once the arrangement has been made, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we may try to resell it; if it is not sold, the order will need to be fulfilled or redirected to a different recipient.

If you receive flowers that arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us at 847-977-2937 within 48 hours of delivery. Flowers are a delicate, perishable product, and while issues can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, we will always do our best to resolve the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
