Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, you may return it within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange for an another bouquet or boxed arrangement.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the 24-hour window thru our email: bordoflowers@gmail.com or cell phone number: + 1 847-977-2937 with pictures and videos of flowers and a description of the reason of your return or exchange. We will arrange for complimentary delivery of a replacement arrangement to your door and will pick up the original arrangement for investigation by our florist.
