We do hand delivery in a rdius of 35-40 miles of our radios . The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Chicago, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call or text to +1 (847) 977 22937 so that we can handle your request personally.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
02. Care Instruction of Box with Flowers and Bouquet .
Box : Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. Keep out of fruits and vegetables. Also don’t leave your arrangement in a hot car during the summer time .
Add a little bit of water of regular temperature ( 15 ml ) every other day from the middle into the base of the box. Touch the floral sponge to be sure that is wet enough! If needed, re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45 -degree angle then place back into the water absorbed foam.
03. Return policy
All purchased Bordo Flowers floral arrangemnt and bouquets are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to email@example.com or call +1 (847) 977 2937. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Bordo Flowers.
